• Deal overview showing deal and tranche summaries
• Deal history which graphically illustrates current and historic OC, IC and other tests
• Collateral summary showing balances, top issuers, top industries, and more
• Central location for all relevant offering documents, monthly reports, payment reports and other relevant documents

Structured Finance Library

ZAIS Solutions has a structured finance library of over 180,000 documents related to more than 4,000 deals. All reports are loaded to our CDOscope Administration site daily. Our database has complete data coverage of the following documentation:

• Trustee reports: monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual
• Extractions: standard data files from trustee reports
• Factor sheet: factors for payment day
• Legal and marketing documentation: indentures, offering memorandum, offering circular, pooling and servicing agreement, prospectus, marketing booklets, etc.
• Payment: payment statements to include note valuation
