ZAIS Solutions, LLC is an independent data, analytics and middle office service provider in the global credit market, with special emphasis on structured credit products such as CDO, ABS and CDS as well as Mortgage Data Management and other Mortgage related services.

ZAIS Solutions has invested over 10 years in the research and development of state-of-the-art systems which now form a solid foundation for our proprietary trading and portfolio management platform. From initiation, our platform was designed to be modular, flexible and scalable to easily facilitate new business requirements as they arise. We are committed to innovation and developing cutting edge technology to continuously improve our platform and our services.

ZAIS Solutions was formerly the research & development and operations division of ZAIS Group, LLC. ZAIS Solutions was founded as a subsidiary of ZAIS Group in 2005. Currently, we have offices in Red Bank, NJ, United States with 35 employees and Shanghai, China, with 40 employees, and we are growing.
